With HUMAN’s isolation kits you have a fast, robust and cost efficient extraction method at hand enabling the generation of highly purified virus DNA or RNA out of serum or EDTA plasma.

Applying the simple spin-column based method the kits are validated for the use with HUMAN’s real-time PCR assays in combination with HUMAN’s HumaCycler as well as other commonly used real-time cyclers.
